1. INTENT & PURPOSE

This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of final cryptographic signing, by and between the parties referenced below. The Disclosing Party and Receiving Party wish to explore a potential business relationship under secure conditions.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY PROTOCOLS

All technical specifications, source code files, WordPress database structures, portfolio coordinates, and client data shared between the parties must be kept strictly confidential. The receiving party agrees to secure all proprietary assets with the same diligence it employs for its own secrets.

3. VALIDITY & JURISDICTION

This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years from the execution date. Any legal disputes arising under this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration governed by international legal tech arbitration frameworks.
